Gardena Più – Complementary feed for small granivorous and insectivorous birds
Gardena Più is a moistenable extruded feed with a high protein content, suitable as a complementary source of nutrients
for small seed-eating, insect-eating and fruit-eating birds such as finches, estrildids, softbills, heavy-type canaries
and many other ornamental bird species.
The extrudate can be used as a supplement to sprouted seeds during the breeding season and as an alternative to insects
and larvae. It is highly digestible and generally well accepted. Gardena Più may be offered year-round – dry, moistened
or mixed with soft food.
Feeding recommendation
Moisten before feeding (1 part Gardena Più + 1 part water).
Example: Mix 100 g product with 100 g cold water and allow to soak for 25–30 minutes.
Loosen gently with a fork and feed as is or mixed with soft food.
- The prepared portion should be consumed within 12 hours.
- During breeding, the product may be offered ad libitum.
- In winter, feed 1–2 times per week as an energy-rich supplement.

Cereals, meat and animal derivatives, vegetables, minerals, vegetable by-products
(including inulin 4000 mg/kg).

Cu sulphate (Cu 10 mg), Zn oxide (Zn 40.15 mg), Mn sulphate (Mn 20 mg), Fe sulphate (Fe 64.05 mg),
Potassium iodide (I 0.95 mg), Sodium selenite (Se 0.168 mg), L-Lysine 2000 mg, DL-Methionine 2000 mg.
