Gardena Grilli – Complementary feed with 32% protein and cricket meal
Gardena Grilli is an extruded complementary feed containing high-quality cricket meal and 32% protein.
It is particularly suitable during the breeding season and can be offered for hand-feeding young birds,
either as an addition to or replacement for insects. The product is highly digestible, palatable,
and well accepted by many ornamental bird species. It may also be used as part of the diet for birds
during periods of increased vocal activity.
Feeding recommendation
Moisten before feeding (1 part Gardena Grilli + 2 parts water).
Example: Mix 100 g of product with 200 g of cold water and let soak for 40–50 minutes.
Then offer freely in an appropriate feeder.
- Provide only the amount that can be consumed within 12 hours.
- Ensure fresh, clean drinking water is available daily.
Composition
Cereals, meat and animal derivatives, vegetable protein extracts, insect meal (cricket meal),
minerals, nettle, vegetable by-products (including inulin 3000 mg/kg).

Crude protein 32 %, crude fat 5 %
