Guizotia (Guizotia abyssinica), auch Ramtilkraut oder Gingelkraut genannt, ist eine Pflanzenart aus der Familie der Korbblütler. Der Samen ist allen besser als Neger-, oder Niger saat bekannt. Negersaat wird hauptsächlich in Indien, Birma, Äthiopien und Nepal angebaut. Negersaat zählt zu den ölhaltigen Saaten und hat einen hohen Fett-( 38-43%) und Proteinanteil (23%).
