Dear customer
during the summer months, due to high temperatures, we may stop shipping frost goods. In case of increased temperatures, we offer only express shipping until 12:00.
In addition, we would like to inform you that when shipping frosty goods, in addition to the express surcharge, additional costs for shipping packaging (Styrofoam box) will be added - see information below.
When ordering by cash in advance, as well as when paying by PayPal, our staff will contact you after sending the order confirmation to inform you about the additional costs according to the shipping volume.

Shipping & payment conditions
Within Germany, we deliver free of charge to end consumers from a value of goods of 50.00 €*. Basically *excluded are cages, frozen goods and live food.
Under this value of goods we charge shipping costs in the amount of 7.90 € / 30 kg package.
Dispatch days for this are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Attention on public holidays!!!) For express delivery up to and including Thursday.
Here you can choose between the following variants:

Please note that in summer, when outside temperatures are high, express shipping is not possible until 6:00 pm, as the risk of shipping damage is too high.
When sending live food only, the maximum weight per package is 10kg! From an outside temperature of 25°C the maximum package size for worms is 500g or 750g. The additionally required packaging boxes are calculated with 1 €/piece.
Frozen goods will only be shipped from a minimum order of 3 litres (also sorted) and only by express delivery of your choice. No guarantee can be given for flawless arrival.
Heads up! The costs for the polystyrene deposit box are always added to the freight costs! Depending on the box between 5,60€ and 6,60€ per box. This amount will only be shown on the invoice (not in your online order!).
To new customers and with deliveries abroad the dispatch occurs basically only by prepayment!
We are also happy to supply you internationally. We have compiled the individual delivery and payment conditions for you in the following table. Furthermore, you can see the payment options (for each country separately) in this table.
